At 12:17 a.m., police responded to a crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle on Easton Avenue near DeMott Lane, Franklin Township Public Safety Director Quovella M. Maeweather said.
The motorcyclist, Darrell Montgomery, 43, was pronounced dead at the scene, Maeweather said. The crash is under investigation by the Franklin Township Police Department’s Traffic Safety Bureau, Maeweather said.
A section of Easton Avenue was closed for approximately three hours as a result of the motor vehicle crash, Maeweather said.
